Definitions

Customer : any professional or natural person capable within the meaning of Articles 1123 and following of the Civil Code, or legal person, who visits the Site subjected to these terms and conditions.

For the Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User’s personal account and its browsing on the Site, the Person in charge of the processing of Personal Data is: UI SAS represented by Adrien PERRET, its legal representative.

As responsible for the processing of the data it collects, UI SAS undertakes to comply with the legal provisions in force.
